7. When it is found that the disclosure does not harm user's interests, and when it is desired by GPlus.

GPlus may in no way be held responsible for the outcome communications between you and non-GPlus parties. GPlus strictly manages personal information by appointing a manager in charge of personal information, employee education, and information security measures to prevent it from being leaked, diverted, or altered.
